About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IFS Finance Functional Consultant to support the implementation, optimisation, and ongoing improvement of IFS Applications within a finance-focused environment. You will work closely with finance stakeholders and project teams to ensure IFS supports core financial processes efficiently and compliantly.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on configuration, business engagement, and being a trusted finance systems expert.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support IFS Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management, and Financial Reporting
- Gather and translate finance business requirements into IFS solutions.
- Support IFS implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.
- Lead or support UAT, system testing, and go-live activities.
- Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with internal finance teams, IT, and external partners.
- Support month-end, year-end, and statutory reporting processes.
- Assist with documentation, training, and knowledge transfer.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience as an IFS Finance Functional Consultant (IFS Applications / Cloud) .
- Solid understanding of finance processes (AP, AR, GL, FA) .
- Hands-on experience with IFS configuration and functional setup.
- Experience working on IFS implementations or major enhancements.
- Ability to communicate confidently with finance and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or project-based environments is a plus.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Commerce / MBA / CA / ICWA or equivalent.
