Iconique is seeking an IFS Functional Consultant with a strong background in the Services domain to join our team in Colombo. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translating them into effective IFS solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with IFS applications, particularly in service management, project management, and customer service processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to service management, ensuring alignment with IFS capabilities.
- Implementation and Configuration: Configure and customize IFS applications to meet specific client needs within the Services domain, including service contracts, project management, and resource management.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within client operations, leveraging IFS functionalities to enhance service delivery.
- User Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for client teams on IFS applications, ensuring effective adoption and user competency in the system.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and user manuals to support client understanding and compliance.
- Ongoing Support: Provide post-implementation support to clients, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the continued effectiveness of the IFS solution.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience as an IFS Functional Consultant, specifically in the Services domain.
- Proven experience in implementing service management solutions within IFS applications.
Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of IFS functionality related to service management, including service contracts, project management, and customer service.
- Familiarity with data migration, system integrations, and reporting tools within IFS.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client engagement.
- ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- IFS certification or relevant ERP certifications.
- Experience with IFS Aurena or similar IFS modules.
- Familiarity with cloud-based ERP solutions
